Delivery

We want your items to be in your possession on the first day of your rental period. To ensure you get a full days use we will quite often get the items out to you the day before. For example if you book your rental to start on 1st January we will aim to get it delivered on 31st December.

When you rent an item from Jigsaw, you will be sent a FREE returns slip for you to return it via Royal Mail. To return an item, simply repack the item into its delivery packaging and send it back along with the garment tag.

Standard delivery is charged at £8 and returns are FREE (some orders are eligible for Saturday delivery charged at £15):

Royal Mail Offering fast and efficient services that offer tracking and require a signature on delivery, DPD guarantee next business day delivery for all orders made before noon, Monday-Friday. All orders are sent in our recycled packaging. Simply reuse it to return your item to your nearest drop-off point, making sure to include your garment tag.

RETURNS
To ensure no late fees are charged we ask you to return your parcel within 24 hours after the end of your rental period. For example if your rental ends on 1st January we would like the item to be in Royal Mail's possession by COB on 2nd January. Please re-use the bag in which your items were sent and remember to include your garment tags.
