Deliveries
Orders placed on weekdays before 11am are due for delivery within 1-3 business days (excludes Subscription deliveries) and are dispatched by the Jigsaw Forever team.
Orders within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48® service with a £4.50 shipping fee per order (excludes Subscription deliveries) and are eligible for free returns (more information below).

Returns
Orders that have a UK delivery address and are returned using the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided in the original order re eligible for free returns*.
Refunds are only processed for items that meet the following conditions:
- Security ribbons and tags are in place
- Item/s are in their original condition
- You have notified us within 24 hours of delivery (or attempted delivery) over email or Live Chat that you intend to return the item for a refund.
All unworn returns will incur a £8 restock fee that is deducted from the amount refunded.

- STEP 1: Create an account to join our Jigsaw Forever community and start your rental revolution! Don't want to do it now? You have the option to register at the checkout too. If you are experiencing issues during the sign up process, please get in touch over email or live chat with a screenshot of any error or rejection notifications to help us solve your issues as quickly as possible. Please have your UK approved identification (e.g. Drivers Licence, UK Passport, BRP) and proof of permanent UK address to ensure we can get you onboarded ASAP!
- STEP 2: Select the dates you'd like to have your rental items delivered on using the calendar on the product detail pages. Your rental begins on the day your item/s are delivered or a delivery has been attempted.
- STEP 3: Once delivered, you have 24 hours to notify us if you intend to return your order and are requesting a refund. If you're happy with your items and are keeping them for the pre-selected rental period, nothing further is required - enjoy!
- STEP 4:
Your return date varies depending on the order type and whether the item is being worn or returned unworn. Daily late fees of £50 per day per item are applicable to late returns. To avoid late fees, your return parcel must be showing in Royal Mail's network with a "Confirmed at Royal Mail Pickup Point" status within the timeframes below:
Unworn Rentals - Within 2 business days of the order delivery date
Worn Rentals - Before 12pm the day after your last rental day
Please return your order using the original packaging and ensure that the returns label is either covering the original shipping label or the original shipping label has been removed or crossed out.
Refunds are only processed for orders/items that have security ribbons and tags in place, the item is in its original condition and the item is returned on time. All unworn items will incur a £8 restock fee.

FAQs
What happens if the items doesn't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with us over email or live chat initiate a return with 48 hours. Once the item/s have been received by our warehouse and passed QA inspection, will refund the rental fee minus the £8 per item restock fee for any unworn items as long as the security ribbons and tags are still attached.
What happens if I damage an item?
Every order is covered for dry cleaning and any minor repairs such as loose threads, missing buttons or minor tears, up to a repair value of £10. We understand accidents can happen so if an item is damaged beyond this, a small charge may occur. Please see here for more information.
