How do I rent items?
In order to rent items on the Jigsaw platform you first need to register; just click on 'Join' on the top left hand side of the homepage. At this point we will take you through necessary security checks and you will be invited to create a profile with key account information. As soon as you have registered, you will be free to rent and buy any item of your choice!
Can I reserve items on a calendar booking service?
Yes we do offer a portion of stock on calendar booking, currently it is only Harrods and bridal stock.
To book your item, follow these easy steps:
1. Click on the item
2. select your size
3. select the duration and you will be served the calendar to choose your dates
You can book 4 weeks in advance of your preferred delivery date.
Any items that are forward booked are removed from sale therefore there are no refunds or changes to your order if you change your mind.

How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is currently up to 14 days. If you would like to keep an item for longer, please contact our Customer Services team before placing your order.
What happens if an item doesn't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our Customer Services on info@jigsawforever.com and return your item to us. We will be happy to refund the rental fee/purchase price of any unworm items as long as the security tags are still attached.
Can I rent multiple items at once?
Absolutely! Think of Jigsaw as your closet in the cloud - a place where you can put an outfit together via someone else's wardrobe.
Do you charge late fees?
Jigsaw is a trusted community and as such we expect customers to send items back within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately if an item is returned late, a daily £50 late fee will be charged until the replacement cost of the item has been reached
When will I be charged for the rental?
The rental rate will be charged at the time of order. This can take up to 24 hrs to process, depending on the selected payment method.
Can I cancel an order? What is the deadline for cancelling an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order right up until the point of dispatch.
Why have I been asked to pay a deposit?
You may be asked to pay a deposit on high value items or where there are not enough data points to connect the address you supplied to your name.
